in case of a breakdown

  1. Take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility. If your vehicle needs to be towed, please call 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance at 855.440.0761.
  2. Authorize the repair facility to perform the necessary diagnosis and get a repair estimate.
  3. Have the repair facility contact MemberCare Claims at 844.237.3498 to obtain a repair authorization number prior to beginning any repair work.
  4. Pay the deductible noted in your contract for any authorized repairs covered by your MemberCare contract.
